
In a long awaited grudge match the Golddiggers came out on top, winning 58-12 over the Towers on Sunday. This ended the Towers' six game winning streak.
The score of the game was almost identical to the score of the previous meeting between the two teams - only in reverse order.
This dropped the Towers to a 6-3 record, while the Golddiggers now sit comfortably at the top of the National conference.
The Towers brought the lowest number of players yet this season to Søllerød and the game followed what several players thought was a very poor showing at practice this week.
